My name is Tristan, and I specialize in mechancal design and manufacturing. I am a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo which allowed me to gain experience in many fields including automated assembly, robotics, consumer electronics and drones. For the past 2.5 years I've been the co-owner of a consumer audio electronics company with my partner Liz. During my free time you can find me in the workshop, or deep into my CAD model working on bringing my (sometimes ambitious) ideas to life. What I Do:

I specialize in mechanical/mechatronic product development, everything from prototyping to at-scale manufacturing. I have experience with:

Rapid prototyping with 3D printing, CNC, chemical molding
Integration of sensors, motors, LEDs and other electronic components
DFM of injection molded, sheet metal and machined parts
Automated assembly, testing and quality control
Parametric modeling of components, assemblies and drawings

I will also design and hand build you a one of a kind cutting board, lamp, or piece of furniture!
